Ingredients
- Salad:
- 2 cups diced, cooked chicken
- 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced green pepper
- 1/2 cup peanuts
- salad greens
- Dressing:
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 3 T. minced onion
- 3 T. orange juice
- 1 t. curry powder
- 1/2 t. salt
- 2 drops hot pepper sauce

Step 1
Salad:
Combine all salad ingredients (except salad greens) with enough dressing to moisten. Chill and serve on salad greens.
Dressing:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill to blend flavors.
