Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. Sugar
- 1 C milk
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Lemon extract
- Oil for frying

Preparation
Step 1
In a separate bowl sift flour and salt and set aside.
Beat eggs slightly; add sugar keep mixing add milk.
Stir in flour mixture and beat until smooth, should be
about the consistency of heavy cream.
Add lemon extract and stir.
Dip iron into batter and fry till crispy
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
