Ingredients
- 8 oz. elbow macaroni
- 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 T. butter, cut into pieces
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 cup milk

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°. Cook macaroni; drain and transfer to a large bowl. While still hot, add cheese.
In separate bowl, combine eggs, sour cream, butter, salt and milk; add to macaroni mixture and stir until well combined. Pour macaroni mixture into a medium casserole dish and bake 30 to 45 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden. Sprinkle with additional cheese and let it melt before serving, if you like.
