Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz) can refried beans
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 3 avocados, peeled and mashed
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 carton (16 oz) sour cream
- 1 cup chopped ripe olives
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 5 chopped scallions
- 1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies, drained
- 1 (8 oz) jar hot Taco sauce
- 1 cup (4 oz) shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Preparation
Step 1
This makes TWO pies:
Mix beans and chili powder; divide between two pie plates.
Mix avocados and lemon juice. Blend well. This is your second layer over the refried beans.
Third layer is the sour cream; seal to the edges of the pie plates.
Mix the olives, tomatoes, scallions, green chilies, taco sauce, and divide between the two pies. Sprinkle Monterey Jack on top.
Serve with Doritos, and enjoy!
