Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 pounds (16/20 count) raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ground black pepper
- lemon wedges (optional)

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Peel and devein the shrimp, leaving the tails on.
In a small bowl, mash garlic and salt until a paste forms or add to processor to combine.
Add in cayenne, paprika, lemon juice, olive oil, and black pepper.
Toss with the shrimp to combine
Place on a sheet pan in one layer.
Roast for 8 to 10 minutes, just until pink, firm and cooked through. Set aside to cool.
If desired, garnish with lemon wedges.
