Ingredients
- 2 (7.5oz) pkgs Tyson grilled chicken strips (I always use the frozen chicken strips and cook them my George Foreman grill)
- 8 oz uncooked rotini noodles
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup bottled roasted red peppers – cut into bite size pieces
- 1/3 cup thin strips oil packed sun dried tomatos
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 3 tablespoons thin strips fresh basil
- 2 medium green onions thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese

Step 1
1) Prepare rotini in non stick Dutch oven according to pkg directions.
2) Meanwhile, heat olive oil in large non stick skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and garlic; cook and stir one minute. Stir in red peppers, sundried tomatoes (w/liquid) and pepper flakes; cook and stir 2 minutes longer. Stir in 3 tablespoons water or chicken broth
3) Drain pasta, add chicken and other ingredients over low heat, toss and mix, add cheese and toss and mix.
