Ingredients

  • 2 (7.5oz) pkgs Tyson grilled chicken strips (I always use the frozen chicken strips and cook them my George Foreman grill)
  • 8 oz uncooked rotini noodles
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup bottled roasted red peppers – cut into bite size pieces
  • 1/3 cup thin strips oil packed sun dried tomatos
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 3 tablespoons thin strips fresh basil
  • 2 medium green onions thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1) Prepare rotini in non stick Dutch oven according to pkg directions.

2) Meanwhile, heat olive oil in large non stick skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and garlic; cook and stir one minute. Stir in red peppers, sundried tomatoes (w/liquid) and pepper flakes; cook and stir 2 minutes longer. Stir in 3 tablespoons water or chicken broth

3) Drain pasta, add chicken and other ingredients over low heat, toss and mix, add cheese and toss and mix.
