- 1 T miso paste
- 2 t honey
- 2 limes
- 1/4 c fresh minced cilantro
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 6 center-cut bone-in pork chops

Step 1
1. Heat grill to medium-high. In small bowl, mix miso paste, honey, 1/4 c lime juice, cilantro and oil. Season with salt and pepper. Place pork chops in shallow dish, rub half the marinade all over meat. Let marinade 10 minutes.
2. Grill pork chips 7 minutes with lid closed. Flip pork chops and brush with remaining marinade. Close grill lid and cook 7 minutes more or until internal temp reaches 145 degrees. Let sit 5 min before serving. Garnish with fresh cilantro, if desired
