Ingredients
- 1 (10oz) prebaked Boboli thin crust pizza shell
- cooking spray
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup (2 oz) shredded part skim Mozarella
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken breast
- 1/3 cup crumble Gorgonzola cheese
- 1 medium unpeeled peach, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Coat baking sheet with cooking spray. Place shell on sheet and brush with olive oil. Top with 1/2 mozarella, chicken, gorgonzola and peach slices. Top with remaining Mozarella. Bake for 11 minutes.
Place vinegar in saucepan and heat until reduced to 2 Tbsp (about 5 minutes) Drizzle over pizza
