Ingredients

  • 1 can whole kernal corn
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • onion powder, salt, pepper to taste

Step 1

Mix all ingredients. Bake in 2 quart casserole 45 minutes @ 350.
