- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- onion powder, salt, pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients. Bake in 2 quart casserole 45 minutes @ 350.
