Ingredients
- 1 Fryer cut up
- 1 stick oleo
- 1/2 cup oil
- flour
- salt & pepper
- 1 lg onion, sliced
- 4 cups water
- 1 lg can tomatoes
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 can green lima beans
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- flour & water paste

Preparation
Step 1
Put flour, salt & pepper in bag, shake chicken until coated. Lightly brown in butter & oil. Add water, tomatoes & onions. Cover & cook until chicken is tender. Remove chicken from bones, add other ingredients except paste. Simmer about 20 minutes then add paste to thicken.
Serve over rice.
