this is more for me as I'm trying to make it quickly like less than 10 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 frozen patty
- 1 frozen bread halves
- mis toppings you usually use for burgers.

Cooking time 6mins

Step 1
start stove top to 6, cast iron, make sure it sizzles when the meat toches the pan, use oil if you like it not to stick so hard.
defrost microwave patty to soften 2 minutes
fry for a few minutes per side 2-3 minute a side
add cheese if you want after the flip
run toast when you flip the burger
serve and eat immediately.
Notes:
6 works 8 setting will start to burn
from frozen you have to probably flip 2 more times to get through the cook.
Do not press or poke your meat.
From frozen is said to be the same as putting an icecube in the center so that center doesn't overcook..
THe goal is juicy not dry.. If you get a dry puck you've squeezed all the fat out and is not yummy to eat but likely more healthier.
