Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies

These are supposedly kinda more cake-like than regular cookies

Ingredients

• 2 cups all purpose flour
• 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 cup butter, softened
• 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 (3.4oz pkg) Instant butterscotch pudding
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 12 oz semisweet chocolate chips
• 1 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 375. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. In a bowl, combine flours and baking soda. In another bowl, mix butter, brown sugar, sugar, pudding mix and vanilla. Gradually stir in flour mix into butter mix. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.

2. Drop from tsp onto parchment paper lined baking sheets and bake for 8-10 mins.
