Ingredients

  • 1 - 6 ounce Box Long Grain & Wild RICE
  • 1-2 1/2 Pound FRYER, Cooked & Boned
  • 1 Can CREAM OF CELERY SOUP
  • 1 ONION Minced
  • 1 - 2 Ounce Jar Pimentos
  • 2 Cups MAYONNAISE
  • 18 Ounce Can WATER CHESTNUTS, Thinly Sliced
  • 2 - 16 Ounce Cans FRENCY STYLE GREEN BEANS
  • PAPRIKA
  • Grated PARMESAN CHEESE

Preparation

Step 1

Cook Rice as directed on box.
Add all ingredients, except PAPRIKA and CHEESE.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour into greased, shallow 3 quart baking dish.
Sprinkle with PAPRIKA and CHEESE.
Bake at 350º until bubbly (30-49 minutes).
Freezes well. Thaw at least 4 hours before reheating.
