Ingredients
- 1 - 6 ounce Box Long Grain & Wild RICE
- 1-2 1/2 Pound FRYER, Cooked & Boned
- 1 Can CREAM OF CELERY SOUP
- 1 ONION Minced
- 1 - 2 Ounce Jar Pimentos
- 2 Cups MAYONNAISE
- 18 Ounce Can WATER CHESTNUTS, Thinly Sliced
- 2 - 16 Ounce Cans FRENCY STYLE GREEN BEANS
- PAPRIKA
- Grated PARMESAN CHEESE

Step 1
Cook Rice as directed on box.
Add all ingredients, except PAPRIKA and CHEESE.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour into greased, shallow 3 quart baking dish.
Sprinkle with PAPRIKA and CHEESE.
Bake at 350º until bubbly (30-49 minutes).
Freezes well. Thaw at least 4 hours before reheating.
