Ingredients
- Sauce ingrediants:
- 4 Foster farm boneless ,skinless chicken breasts
- 2 T of vegetable oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 4 clovs of Garlic minced
- 1/4 Cup Grated Parmasan Cheese
- 1 Cup Packed fresh Spinach
- 1 Cup Basil rough chooped

Preparation
Step 1
1. heat oil in large non-stick pan on medium high heat.
Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook on medium high for 8 minutes per side. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
2. Add wine to hot pan and let reduce to one half. Add mushrooms and saute for 4-5 minutes. Add heavy cream and garlic and Parmesan cheese. Mix and bring to simmer. Add spinach and basil and cook until spinach becomes tender.
3. Place Chicken back in pan with sauce to reheat and simmer for 5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 f.
