Ingredients
- For Cake/Roll:
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/3 cups confectionary sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup pumpkin
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp lemon
- For Filling:
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 5 1/2 TBLSP softened butter
- 2/3 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Grease and flour cookie sheet.
Mix all cake ingredients.
Bake at 375 degrees for 13 minutes.
Turn onto linen towel, roll and cool completely.
Mix all filling ingredients and spread on unrolled cake. Reroll.
