  • 1 (10oz) prebaked thin pizza crust (Boboli)
  • cooking spray
  • 1 tsp virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup (2 oz) shredded part skim mozarella cheese
  • 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken breast
  • 1/3 cup (1 1/2 oz) crumbled gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 medium unpeeled peach thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Coat cooking sheet with spray. Brush olive oil on crust Top evenlu with 1/4 cup mozarella cheese, chicken, Gorgonzola cheese and peach slices. Top with remainng mozarella and bake at 400 degrees for 11 minutes.
Place vinegar in a saucepan and heet until reduced to 2 Tbsp (about 5 minutes) Drizzle evenly over pizza and cut into 8 slices.
