Ingredients
- 1 lb chuck steak, thinly sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups beef bouillon
- 3 Tbsps soy sauce
- 1 1/2 cups Minute® White Rice, uncooked

Preparation
Step 1
Sauté beef, onion, and garlic in oil until meat is browned.
Add ground ginger, green bell pepper strips, bouillon and soy sauce. Bring to a boil.
Stir in rice. Cover, remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
