  • 2 tsp canola oil
  • 6 (6inch) whole whest flour tortillas
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cup finely chopped avocado (about 2)
  • 1 cup finely chopped strawberries
  • 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp minced seeded jalapeno pepper
  • 2 tsp fresh lime juice
  • 3/8 tsp salt

Step 1

To prepare chips, brush oil on each side of tortilla. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over both sides of tortilla. Cut into 12 wedges and arrange in single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until crisp. Combine avocado and remaining ingredients, stir gently.
