Ingredients

  • 3 cups (9 ounces) uncooked, dried mini lasagna noodles (Mafalda)
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 jar (26 ounces) spaghetti sauce
  • 6 ounces Crystal Farms® Pepper Jack Cheese, cut into small cubes

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
2. Meanwhile, brown ground beef and green pepper in 12-inch nonstick skillet. Drain grease. Add mushrooms; cook 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Reduce heat to low. Stir in spaghetti sauce and cooked pasta. Cook until heated through. Stir in cheese.
