Ingredients

  • 2 packages of frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
  • 2 cans of artichoke hearts diced up
  • 1 16 ounce container of sour cream
  • 1- 8 ounce pack of philly cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup parm cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella or monterey jack or mix I say 1/2 cup or more shredded cheese
  • chopped garlic to your liking (2-3 cloves) or 2 tsp out of the jar
  • salt and pepper if needed
