Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 oz each)
- 3 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 c frozen corn
- 1 c chunky salsa

Preparation
Step 1
Place chicken in a 3-quart slow cooker.
Combine lime juice and chili powder; pour over chicken.
Cover and cook on low until meat is tender, 5 to 6 hours.
Remove chicken; cool slightly. Shred with two forks and return to the slow cooker. Stir in frozen corn and salsa.
Cover and cook on low until heated through, about 30 minutes.
I used this for burrito bowls: rice, beans, avocado, cheese, sour cream, tomatoes, etc.
