Oatmeal Bread (for Cuisinart convection bread machine))

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup milk (6 OZ)
• 3/4 cup water (6 OZ)
• 1 1/2 T butter (1/2 inch pieces; room temp)
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 3 T sugar
• 3 3/8 cups bread flour
• 3/8 cup old fashioned oats
• 1 1/2 tsp dry yeast

Preparation

Step 1

PUT ALL INGREDIENTS IN ORDER LISTED;

SET FOR #1 WHITE, 1.5 LB. LOAF, LIGHT CRUST.

PAUSE AFTER 85 MIN (WHEN BEEPER GOES OFF – SET TIMER FOR 80 MIN) AND REMOVE PADDLE.

RESUME UNTIL DONE. (TOTAL:3 HOURS)
