Ingredients
- creole seasoning:
- shrimp
- chicken
- olive oil
- onion
- 1 tbsp creole seasoning
- green pepper
- celery
- 2 tbsp garlic
- can tomatoes
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 3/4 cup rice
- 3 cup chicken stock
- andouille sausage
- salt and pepper
- 2 1/2 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp thyme

Preparation
Step 1
in a bowl combine shrimp chicken and creole seasoning. in large saucepan heat oil add onions pepper and celery. cook 3 minutes. add garlic tomato and bayleaves. add worcestershire sauce and hot sauce. stir in rice and slowly add broth. reduce heat and cook until rice absorbs. add shrimp and chicken mixture and sausage.
