Ingredients
- 21 oz. medium pasta shells
- green pepper
- onion
- carrots-shredded or chopped
- 2 C. mayo
- 1 C. vinegar
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk

Preparation
Step 1
Cook shells according to package. Add chopped veggies. Combine rest of ingredients and mix with pasta and veggie mix.
*Best if made the night before.
