Ingredients
- 2 tbs Kosher salt (2 tbs high-quality smoked paprika
- 3 tsp onion powder
- 1½ tsp garlic powder
- 3 tsp thyme
- 1½ tsp black pepper
- 3 tsp white pepper
- 1½ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp crushed dry rosemary -OR- crushed dried tarragon (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients and store in a tightly sealed jar. Don't store in direct light.
Notes
If you want a lower sodium mix, leave the salt out and replace with an equal amount of lemon zest. You can also cut the amount of salt to 1 tbs and add 1 tbs of lemon zest.
