Ingredients
- Yields 4-6 servings to serve with ham
- 1 1/2 tsp all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup and 2 TBS white sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp dried mustard powder
- 1/2 c milk
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 cup white wine viegar

Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl mix together flour, sugar and mustard powder until evenly blended.
Whisk together the milk and ggg yolks in saucepan and slowly whisk in the mustard mixture. Stir in the vinegar, whisking constantly. Bring the mixture to a boil over med heat, reduce heat to low and simmer until thickened.
