Ingredients
- 2 C SUGAR
- 2/3 C BUTTER
- 2 EGGS
- 1 1/4 t VANILLA
- 2 C FLOUR
- 1 t BAKING POWDER
- 1/2 t NUTMEG
- 1 C CHOPPED MACADAMIA NUTS
- 1 C 10X SUGAR
- 1 T EGGNOG

Step 1
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350* LINE A 9X13 PAN WITH FOIL, GREASE FOIL. SET ASIDE.
IN A SAUCEPAN, COOK AND STIR SUGAR AND BUTTER OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL BUTTER MELTS. REMOVE FROM HEAT.COOL SLIGHTLY.
STIR EGGS, AND 1 t VANILLA INTO SUGAR MIXTURE. STIR IN FLOUR, BAKING POWDER AND NUTMEG. STIR IN NUTS.
SPREAD MIXTURE EVENLY INTO FOIL LINED PAN. BAKE 25-30 MINUTES OR UNTIL EDGES BEGIN TO PULL AWAY FROM THE SIDES OF THE PAN.COOL IN PAN ON A WIRE RACK. USE FOIL TO REMOVE BARS FROM PAN.PLACE IN CUTTING BOARD. CUT INTO SQUARES.
MEANWHILE, FOR EGGNOG DRIZZLE, IN SMALL BOWL COMBINE 10X SUGAR , REMAINING VANILLA AND EGGNOG. STIR IN ADDITIONAL EGGNOG UNTIL ICING REACHES DRIZZLING CONSISTENCY. DRIZZLE ICING OVER BARS.
