Almond Crescents (Dog Turds)

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 tsp almond extract
• 2 1/3 cups flour
• 2/3 cups icing sugar
• 1 cup unblanched almonds, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter, sugar, and flavoring until light and creamy. Add flour and almonds. Roll a small amount and shape intoa a 2 inch crescent. Use an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool slightly, then roll in icing sugar.
