  • Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 4 teaspoons Folgers Classic Roast® Instant Coffee Crystals
  • 1/4 cup warm tap water
  • 1 (19.5 oz.) package Pillsbury® Family Size Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 1/2 cup Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • Easy Mocha Frosting
  • 2 teaspoons Folgers Classic Roast® Instant Coffee Crystals
  • 1 teaspoon hot tap water
  • 1 (16 oz.) container Pillsbury® Creamy Supreme® Chocolate Fudge Flavored Frosting
  • OR 1 (16 oz.) container Pillsbury® Creamy Supreme® Milk Chocolate Flavored Frosting

Preparation

Step 1

HEAT oven to 350°F. Coat 13x9-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray. Stir coffee crystals into warm water until dissolved. Cool.
COMBINE brownie mix, instant coffee, oil and eggs in large bowl. Stir 50 strokes with a spoon. Spread batter in prepared pan. Bake 28 to 31 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Frost with Easy Mocha Frosting, if desired.


Easy Mocha Frosting
DISSOLVE coffee crystals in water in a small cup. Make a deep well in center of frosting. Add dissolved coffee. Stir slowly until coffee is completely blended into frosting.
FROST your favorite prepared Pillsbury® Cake or Brownie Mix with frosting.
