Ingredients
- 1/4 C CORNSTARCH
- 1/4 C WATER
- 6 OZ. PINEAPPLE JUICE
- 6 OZ. WATER
- 1/2 C BROWN SUGAR
- 1/2 C SUGAR
- 3/4 C APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
- 1/2 C KETCHUP
- 1 T SOY SAUCE

Step 1
IN SMALL BOWL WHISK CORNSTARCH AND WATER. SET ASIDE.
IN MEDIUM SAUCEPAN, COMBINE REMAINING INGREDIENTS. WHISK TO COMBINE. BRING TO BOIL, COOK FOR 1 MINNUTE. ADD CORNSTARCH AND COOK UNTIL THICK AND SHINY, ABOUT 5 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM HEAT. SET ASIDE UNTIL READY TO USE.
