Ingredients
- 1/2 pound mascarpone
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 12 ladyfingers
- 3/4 cup espresso
- 1 tablespoon rum
- whipped cream
- cocoa powder

Step 1
Mix mascarpone and sugar.
Mix espresso and rum together then dip ladyfingers in mixture.
Layer mascarpone and ladyfingers in glasses - break cookies to fit.
Top with whipped cram and dust with cocoa powder.
