Ingredients
- 6 quarts ripe tomatoes
- 8 large onions, chopped
- 1 hot pepper, chopped
- 3 sweet green peppers, chopped
- 1/4 cup pickling salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp. each: mustard seed, celery seed, cinnamon
- 1 tsp. each: allspice, chili powder
- 2 1/2 cups vinegar

Step 1
Simmer all ingredients together in a large pot for several hours until thick. Can in sterile jars for 20 mins. or freeze.
