Tuna Noodle Casserole

My dad and I made this together growing up. We took a basic recipe and made a few changes here and there to make it our own.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 c. onion
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2 cans Tuna, in water, drained
  • 2 cups egg noodles, cooked
  • 1 small can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup milk
  • Classic Lays Potato Chips crushed on top

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onion in butter on stove top until onion is tender. Combine onion mixture with remaining ingredients except potato chips.

Put into a casserole dish. Sprinkle crushed potato chips on top. Bake for 45 minutes at 375 until bubbly.
