Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped or 1 tsp dried
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut in 1 inch squares
- 1 small red pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp fresh tarragon or 1/2 tsp dried
- pinch of pepper
- 1/4 tsp chicken bouillion powder
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 3/4 cup heavy cream (35%)
- 1 lb fresh linguine
- 1/4 cup Parmesan, grated

Step 1
In skillet, melt butter and saute garlic. Add parsley and chicken slices and saute until chicken is browned. Remove chicken and keep warm. Add red pepper, tarragon, pepper, and chicken bouillion to skillet and saute until vegetables are tender crisp. Remove
