  • 2 Cups Bread Cubes
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 2 Tbs Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup Raisins
  • Dash of Salt

Step 1

Place 2 cups of bread cubes in buttered one-quart baking dish. Scald milk with butter and sugar. Beat eggs slightly; add salt. Then stir in warm milk and vanilla. Pour over bread cubes. Set baking dish in pan containing warm water up to level of pudding. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
