2 Cup(s) Ore Ida Potatoes O'Brien
3 Tablespoon(s) BUTTER
6 EGGS
2 Tablespoon(s) MILK
1/4 Teaspoon(s) SALT
1/4 Teaspoon(s) PEPPER
1/2 Cup(s) PEPPER JACK CHEESE
1/2 Cup(s) CHEDDAR CHEESE shredded
1 Cup(s) BACON crumbled

Preparation

Step 1

Instructions

Melt butter in a microwave safe pie dish; add potatoes and microwave 10 minutes.
Stir together eggs and next four ingredients; pour over potatoes. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until eggs have set. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and bacon. Serve immediately.
