  • 3/4 cup catsup
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 pound round steak

Step 1

In small bowl combine catsup, Worcestershire sauce, oil, and salt. Save some marinade for brushing steaks with on the grill. Place steak in a zip lock bag and pour in mixture over steak. Place this in a bowl in case of leaking and put in refrigerator for 24 hours. Heat outside grill. Remove steak from marinade and place on rack over hot charcoal. Grill for about 12 minutes on each side for medium brushing with marinade occasionally.
