  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonaise
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese (cubed)
  • 1-2 Tsp. Minced Garlic
  • 1 (10 oz.) Package Frozen Spinach, thawed and squeezed of its juices
  • 1 (14 oz.) Jar Artichoke Hearts, chopped
  • Diced Tomatoes (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Place in shallow casserole dish.
3. Bake dip at 325 degrees for 15-20 mins. or until top is crisp golden.
