- 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/3 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries, chopped dates, or dried currants
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Step 1
Preheat oven 350.
On a rimmed baking sheet, spread oats and sunflower seeds in a thin layer and toast in the oven 10 - 12 minutes.
Remove pan from oven and stir, spreading evenly. Return oven to bake until the mixture is light brown all over, about 10 minutes longer.
Add the sliced almonds to the oats and sunflower seeds and stir. Return to oven for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
Remove pan from oven and drizzle honey over oat mixture. Stir to combine. Bake 5 minutes.
Remove pan from oven and transfer to bowl. Stir in cranberries and cinnamon. Allow to cool to room temperature.
Serve immediately or store at room temp in tightly sealed container for 4 or 5 days.
