Ingredients
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 3 TBLSP lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 (8-ounce) pkg cream cheese
- yellow food coloring

Preparation
Step 1
In heavy saucepan, combine condensed milk, egg yolks, and lemon juice. Over medium heat, cook and stir rapidly until thickened, 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in vanilla and food coloring (if desired). Chill at least 2 hours. In small bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in lemon mixture until smooth.
