Ingredients
- 1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese at room temperature
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
- 4 ounces sliced corned beef, finely diced
- 1/4 cup chopped, drained sauerkraut
- 2 to 3 TBLSP milk

Step 1
Heat all ingredients in a small saucepan over low heat until hot. Thin with milk if necessary.
Serve with Rye Snack Sticks.
