  • NONSTICK COOKING SPRAY
  • 6 OZ DRIED MACARONI OR SPAGHETTI
  • 2 EGGS SLIGHTLY BEATEN
  • 1/2 CUP SHREDDED PARMESAN CHEESE
  • 1 TBSP OLIVE OIL
  • 4 OZ COOKED KIELBASA THINLY SLICED
  • 2 TOMATOES, THINLY SLICED
  • 1 TSP SALT
  • 1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER
  • 2 CUPS SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE

Preparation

Step 1

PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 COAT A 9IN PIE PLATE WITH COOKING SPRAY

COOK PASTA ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS. DRAIN. STIR EGGS, PARMESAN CHEESE, AND OIL INTO COOKED PASTA. PRESS PASTA MIXTURE ONTO BOTTOM AND UP SIDES OF PREPARED PIE PLATE TO FORM A CRUST.

TOP PASTA CRUST WITH KIELBASA AND TOMATOES. SPRINKLE WITH SALT AND PEPPER. TOP WITH CHEESE.

BANK ABOUT 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL HEATED THROUGH
