Ingredients
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin (1 Tbs.)
- 1/2 cup sweet sherry or brandy
- 2 cups + 2 Tbs. heavy cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. grated lemon zest
- raspberries

Preparation
Step 1
sprinkle gelatin over liquor
heat cream, sugar, and zest until sugar is dissolved, remove from heat
stir in gelatin until dissolved
pour through sieve
pour into 1/4 cup molds
cover and refrigerate 6 hrs.
