  • 1 small tomato, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1/4 cup shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
  • 3 Tbsp sliced green onions
  • 1 Tbsp Zesty Italian Fat-Free Dressing
  • 40 Triscuit Roasted Garlic Crackers
  • 1 tub (8oz) light cream cheese spread

Step 1

Mix tomatoes, cheese, onions and dressing.

Spread each cracker with about 1 tsp of the cream cheese spread; top with 1 tsp of the tomato mixture.
