Ingredients
- 1 small tomato, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 1/4 cup shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
- 3 Tbsp sliced green onions
- 1 Tbsp Zesty Italian Fat-Free Dressing
- 40 Triscuit Roasted Garlic Crackers
- 1 tub (8oz) light cream cheese spread

Preparation
Step 1
Mix tomatoes, cheese, onions and dressing.
Spread each cracker with about 1 tsp of the cream cheese spread; top with 1 tsp of the tomato mixture.
