Ingredients
- BURGER
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 cup panko
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire

Preparation
Step 1
BURGER
Mix all burger ingredients well and form into patties. Pan fry or broil patties to desired doneness. Remove excess oil from pan and set aside for gravy.
GRAVY
1/8 cup unsalted butter
Excess burger oil (above)
6 Tablespoons flour
2 cups beef broth
Dash Worcestershire
salt and pepper to taste
Combine butter and excess burger oil and heat in saucepan. Add flour and whisk out lumps to create a smooth rue. Slowly add beef broth stirring constantly until smooth. Add Worcestershire, salt and pepper to taste.

Hot cooked rice
4 eggs, over easy
Gravy (above)
Serve the burger patty on a bed to hot steamed rice, with a fried egg over it and gravy drizzled on top.
