Ingredients

  • CLASSIC
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tea. grated onion
  • 1 tea. Wrochestershire sauce
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tea. hot sauce
  • 1 (8 oz) block extra-sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 (8 oz) block sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 (4 oz) jar diced pimiento, drained
  • .
  • SPICY
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tea. Worchestershire sauce
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tea. hot sauce
  • 1 (8 oz) block Monterey Jack cheese with peppers, shredded
  • 1 (8 oz) block Colby cheese, shredded
  • 1 (4 oz) jar diced pimiento, drained
  • .
  • WHITE
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tea. grated onion
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tea. hot sauce
  • 1 (8 oz) black sharp white cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 (8 oz) black sharp Gruyere cheese, shredded (can substitute 8 oz. block swiss)
  • 1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimiento, drained

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, onion, worchestershire sauce and hot sauce. (no worchetershire in the white pimiento cheese).

Stir in cheeses until blended.

Gently stir in pimientos.

Store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
