  • 2 packets (about) .75 to 90 oz each) brown gravy mix
  • 1 package (10 oz) frozen mixed vegetables
  • Dumplings (below)

  • 1 small onion,chopped
  • 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 egg

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare meatballs.Prepare gravy mix as directed on packet using 10-inch skillet.Stir in frozen vegetables,breaking about with fork,stir in meatballs.Heat to boiling;reduce heat.Prepare Dumplings.
MEATBALLS
Heat oven to 400*.Mix all ingredients.Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls into ungreased rectangale pan 13x9x2 inches.Bake uncovered until brown,about 15 minutes.About 24 meatballs.
DUMPLINGS
Mix 2 cupsa Bisquick baking mix and 2/3 cup milk until soft dough forms.Drop dough by spoonfuls onto boiling mixture;reduce heat.Simmer uncovered 10 minutes;cover and simmer 10 minutes longer,10 to 12 dumplings.
