Macaroni Saute

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. or more Ground Beef
  • 3/4 Cup Chopped Onion
  • 3/4 Cup Chopped Green Pepper
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 2 Cups Uncooked Small Shell Macaroni
  • 1 No.2 Can Tomato Juice
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Curry Powder
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Saute ground beef, onion, green pepper, garlic, and macaroni over low heat for about 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Stire. Then bring to a boil on high heat. Cover immediately, turn heat off and cook on stored heat for 20 minutes withough lifting cover.
