4 C pioneer baking mix
8 oz sour cream
3/4 C club soda
1 stick butter

Step 1

Mix 1st 3 ingredients together. Roll out to 1” thick. Cut with a 3” round cookie cutter. Melt ½ the butter in the bottom of the 9X13 baking dish. Place biscuits in pan and bake at 400* for 15 minutes. Brush remaining butter on hot biscuits.
